    Dirty on the few occasions I’ve been..my chai was rushed and tasted like water. There’s a regular homeless guy that marks his territory with a coat at one of the benches.....have yet to get great customer services here

    Great place to get work done. I'm aware that there was a really situation here with one of the employees and two african americans. I'm not sure who that employee was, because I go here often and my experience with the staff has always been positive. In the cold of winter they would allow homeless people inside to warm-up and give them some hot coffee...this is all before the event, might I add. So don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch.

    Great service, nice seating -it was very crowded today and a random homeless man was wondering in and out of the area
